Changing Lives, One Meal at a Time

  • Established in 1974, MOWEOC is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization in good standing; volunteer-based and largely funded by donations

  • We offer Food & Friendship, serving over 120,000 meals annually

  • We visit over 200 of your homebound neighbors every day

  • We offer meals to the elderly, chronically ill, disabled, or recovering from illness

  • Grateful clients receive nutritionally balanced and delicious tasting meals that they would not be able to prepare for themselves

  • 92% of seniors receiving Meals on Wheels in NYS say it helps keep them independent and at home

  • More than 200 of your caring neighbors volunteer with us

  • Anyone in our service area is eligible, regardless of age, health, or financial status

  • Meals are delivered Monday through Friday between 11am and 1pm

  • Weekend meals are available for delivery on Friday

  • We offer a seasonal rotating menu with entrée choices and work to accommodate most dietary restrictions

  • 100% of your donation stays within our local organization
